1. Agreement to Terms

• Booking confirmed only after full payment or specified advance
• Payments accepted: UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash
• Subject to availability and third-party terms

3. Travel Documents

Each participant is responsible for obtaining passports, visas, health certificates and permits. We provide guidance but are not liable for issues from incomplete documentation.

4. Behaviour & Restrictions

Participants must behave responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Alcohol, smoking, tobacco, drugs and abusive language
• Behaviour jeopardising safety or enjoyment of others
• Failure to maintain punctuality and discipline
• Non-compliance with guide instructions

5. Safety & Liability

Participants undertake tours at their own risk. We are not liable for:

• Loss, damage or theft of personal belongings
• Injuries, delays, accidents or inconveniences
• Issues caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Problems from incomplete documentation

6. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Photo & Video Usage

We may use photos/videos of participants for promotional purposes. By booking, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual licence for these images.

8. Complaints & Disputes

For disputes related to these terms, the governing jurisdiction shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
