- 30–44 days: 75% refund
- 15–29 days: 50% refund
- 0–14 days: 10% refund
- Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking if departure is 10+ days away

Yes, we offer special rates for groups of 5 or more travellers. Contact us with your group size and destination for a custom group quote.
At minimum: a valid passport (6+ months validity), visa for the destination country, travel insurance (recommended), and any health certificates required. We provide a complete checklist for your specific destination.
Yes! Once your trip begins, our team is available round-the-clock via phone and WhatsApp for any assistance — flight changes, hotel issues, local emergencies, or just recommendations.
No. Our pricing is transparent. The quote we share clearly lists what's included and what's not. No surprises at checkout or during the trip.
We recommend booking at least 30-45 days in advance for domestic trips and 60-90 days for international trips. Early booking often gets better flight and hotel rates. However, we can also arrange last-minute trips!
